Hi,
The hydro boast hoses are leaking . Now at u turn or 3 point slow turn, steering assist is weak. Also, the brakes are weak, I guess the power steering pump is weak with 129,000 miles on my 2003AWD Astro.

Stroverlander had to replace a weeping power steering cooler return line, and has a great build thread on expo, I would start there, warning, you may end up replacing all kind of goodies due to that thread. He probably posted up here as well, he has provided a bunch of great stuff.

The hoses are leaking abut.
The amazing thing about the hydro boost system is that it supplies the power assist to aid braking since there is no vacuum brake booster my on Astro.
There is a good You Tube video on Astro hydro boost, by Eric the Car guy.
