Passenger side headlamp issue
Okay. Replaced the driver's side headlamp (lower), still dim. Replaced plug to headlamp, still dim. Checked with tester, juice is getting to the headlamp. Any ideas why it is still dim? Baffled in White Salmon.

Re: Passenger side headlamp issue
Just now seeing your post re: dim headlight.
Try measuring the voltage, with the lamps turned on, and measured as close to the headlamp terminal as possible.
If it is low, compared to the battery voltage, , then you have a resistance some place in the wiring to the lamp.
To perform a meaningful test, you will need the lamp as a load on the circuit. (With the lamp unplugged, even on a poor circuit, you will very likely measure full battery voltage)
If it is only the one lamp that is dim, then just look at the wires and connectors that are specific to that lamp only.
Good luck.
