Engine stalling when going from gear to "Park"

Hi! Seems it's common to have the problem that when you shift from P to gears, the engine stalls. Me, it's exactly the opposite. It's when I shift from gears to P that the engine stalls. Sometime it does it, sometimes it doesn't. It dies, you crank it again and it starts. Any ideas?
