site problems

I have been receiving messages from member/s and everytime I try to message them back I get an error message. I am using google on a windows ten platform so I do not know what is causing it. If someone could message stephanieAstro and let her know my messages do not work in send mode and if she can email me at mark-mitch@hotmail.com I would appreciate it. Thanks Mark
