Hello! thanks for accepting me to this forum,
I own a 1992 G20, was a gift from my father, I´ve searched on the web about improving the 4.3 engine since it is a LB4-TBI non-balance shaft.
What ive found is head swap + cam could be a good option for having some additional hps
As far as I know I need new 113 casting heads, bunch of seals an gaskets, edelbrock 2114 manifold
But I dont know which cam select,
Do you have any reccomendation and/or experience on this?
Thank you all in advance

I don't claim to be an engine performance expert, but I wouldn't bother with a V6 which isn't suited to pull a full size van to being with.
With a low-tech van like yours, I would say it's a prime candidate for a V8 swap. I think you have many options from the older 350's, up to more modern LS based HP beasts with custom computers.
