Looking to replace the rear passenger door on my 2000 Cargo Van. Finding a used one is getting tough. What other years are compatible with a 2000 ?

Well, making an assumption your 'Cargo' Van has "Barn Doors" - it is possible any year from 85 thru 05 MAY fit.
A quick phone call to a local pick n' pull or nationwide JY chain should be able to help with the x-ref.
