The sealed headlight alternatives on E-Bay???

Are the 6" x 7" headlights on E-bay plastic or glass on the back? I'm wanting to get a set with the city lights and angel eyes (halos), but I need them to be plastic so I can drill holes for strobelights.

(I install strobelights in every vehicle I own).

If they are glass I can't do what I want as I will not even consider drilling into glass.

EDIT: sorry ,, i initially thought that mine were plastic housings. then i checked. they aren't ...


best bet.. find a set you like the look of and email the seller.

btw.. if you find a set that aren't diamond clears (and have the textured lense on the inside) .. shoot me a pm and link.. lol..

If I find any, I'll let you know. I really want the ones with the city lights and halos. the city lights, if they are LEDs (like most usually are) will be hooked up to my alarm as a status indicator. If they aren't LEDs, well, I'll swap them out.
The Halos.. I want to try doing a 2 million color halo. I've seen this on IceLED forum and thought it'd be interesting.
