So there's this guy in town that had an awesome high reving v8 astro. But he had no imagination and no mechanical ability. Just the money to pay someone to build it. I had just finished my FIRST v8 swap into my 89 Blue Astro (the one I made money on lol). And Mandi Had mentioned to him that I wanted to put lake pipes on my van---- Long story short; he had lake pipes installed and I was annoyed. 3 years go by and his v8 van changes owners like 5 times and next thing I know it's sitting at a garage down the street being stripped for parts!! So, Guess who got the lake pipes and the rims!!! LOL All for only $300 Bucks!!! He also has the drop spindles, headers and an automatic floor shifter for sale too.

auto floor shifter eh? never even thought of doing that, kinda cool, kinda pointless. was it out of a jimmy or something or completely fabbed?

Actually it's a B&M Automatic truck shifter. So it's got a longer boot and comes up (i guess) to a pretty comfy position off the floor.
Here's the rims installed. Kinda wide. My slider hits when fully open.
I couldn't bring myself to install the lake pipes just yet. I had the pipes disconnected from the manifolds but couldn't bring myself to cut the pipe. Esspecially since I just paid like $200 to have the duals installed like a year ago. I have a hard time tearing something apart when there's nothing wrong with it.
