1995 Safari won't start when it's raining out whats the problem?

It probably is one of the following: plugs, wires, cap, rotor or coil. Do a full tune-up using AC Delco parts and go from there.

Yea, the 95's are susceptible(sp) to problems in the wetter weather especially if any of the items that Lifted mentioned are not up to par, for starters have a look at this thread...viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4505&hilit=hard+start
