Can't tell you if the Magnaflow direct fit cat will work on your AWD but I have it on my RWD and it does give it quite a bit more power and made my Flowmaster muffler sound more mellow and throaty. That sucks that these won't work, I'm still determined to find something though, sometime this week I'm gonna go in to a header shop by my work and see if they could make anything. The shops called Gebler Headers, apparently they're really good.

My van's got the Magnaflow cat and Flowmaster 40 series muffler, the new cat definitely gave the van better gas mileage and a slight power increase but that might have also had something to do with me being used to the old, beat up stock exhaust.
