I would like to load the bikes the way you do, except for the fact that the downhill axles are not quick release, and the disc brake situation (don't accidently squeeze the brake lever while there is no rotor in the calipers!) but I wan the seating for four so they get mounted outside. finally am home and got pictures of my bikes in the van. http://i267.photobucket.com/albums/ii309/midnighthunder89/Bike%20Rack/IMG_0003.jpg left one is a trek 6500 right one is my SS Motobecane the rack works great and is cheap. the SS's tires are to big so makes it a tight fit but love riding them ...

Glad your getting out and driving it at least. It will be an adventure with the starting fluids at the babe, but i think you should leave it like that so they stop giving you are hard time about how it is to new. Keep it up.

I dont know if this matters at all but since the pre 98 is not electronic and the post 98 is electronic it might cause some issues.

I had it checked when it went out I need compress and condenser so I have been rolling w/o air for the past 5 years.
