Hi Herbie,

Did you receive the front Timbren rubber helper springs?

This week I had new windshield installed after letting the passenger side crack grow over the last 5 years.

Also, installed new lift struts on rear hatch. OReilly $32 each, made in USA. Nice

doors were freezing shut so I rubbed some brake grease into the door seals. Works great and rejuvenates the rubber too.

Never tried brake grease, I use ArmorAll several times a year on all my weather-strips and never have a freezing, or sticking problem. It was 13 degrees this morning & no problem.

Forgot to add Happy New Year !!!!! :supz: :supz:

What ever is in it, it seems to work well, or I might just be the lucky one.

ArmorAll typically contains water, PDMS (silicone), diethylene glycol, glycerin, and various additional chemical compounds.[1]
Don't know if it good or bad for the weatherstrips.

yeah the MSDS says 30-40% silicone, a few trace ingredients, and the rest water.

brake grease is silicone. (so is dielectric grease)
diethylene glycol is hydraulic brake fluid.

Woke up in it at the Nats again, lol. Been here since Monday and got lots of pics so far. I can't t resize or upload from the phone but will once I'm home.
This will do for starters, the registration for the show and "shine and show" was across the street from the fairgrounds so he trailered this across the road as it's not quite street legal.
