Re: Anyone fish?
Well growing up, I never had anyone show me how to fish, but now that I have a son, I'm determined to teach him how to fish (even though I STILL don't know how to) Unfortunately, the only thing we have managed to catch is Puffer fish and wouldn't you know it, my son catches bigger puffer fish than m...

Re: second row captain's, how are they mounted
however upon removing the middle bench and taking a seat in the rear most one......i kinda like the leg room.....now debating if i should just eliminate the middle ones altogether and turn it into a four seater.... That is sorta what I'm going for as well. However, I need the extra room in the back...

Re: Score! Set of seats for $45
I found some vinyl cleaner at Autozone last night and cleaned up my seats. They look brand new now! :supz: I was very impressed at how well they came clean. Maybe a little later this week, I'll be able to drop the tank and get these mounted. So, Skippy, no welding needed huh? That's a relief, I'm no...

Re: second row captain's, how are they mounted
I can't speak for all of them, but the 2nd row buckets that I just bought today, are bolted down similar to the front seats. I think I recall someone on here saying they are also made with the quick release latches as well. I personally haven't seen seen that configuration, so I don't know.

Score! Set of seats for $45
So I was checking craigslist the other day and came across a set of astro seats for $45. That's 2 captains chairs and a rear bench all for $45. I emailed the guy and he said to stop by today. I checked them out and almost walked away from them. The reason I didn't is because the captains (what I was...

Re: Scam ?????
Sure, but it's got Spike TV, that alone would be worth a "one time " fee of 29.97 IMO

Re: Scam ?????
As someone who doesn't have cable, I'd be willing to give it a try. Though, I am skeptical of the reliability of it as well. No where on the website (that I saw anyways) does it show ALL of the channels. It just lists a few and "hundreds more". Personally, I don't care for "hundreds&q...

Re: birthday greetings tooooooooo
Thanks, I appreciate that! I got to "celebrate" my birthday by getting a tooth extracted first thing this morning! I got a root canal done on it a while back, but it had been nothing but problems since. I'm much happier now!

Re: 1989 TPI with a 4L60E, possible???
Did you ever find out about this? I've got an 85 TPI and was wondering the same thing. I've looked at the wiring diagrams for it, and I get the feeling it would require a lot of modification because the CPU from the TPI doesn't have pinouts for the transmission signals. Perhaps it would work with a ...

Looks good! Any chance an AC unit will be installed down the road? Or is it gone forever?
Re: Dam it
Sure there is the stock air dam that's like what 6-8" off the ground, not very efficient. I'm thinking much closer, in the neighbor hood of 1.5-2" and made out of conveyor belt material. It will probably rub during hard breaking, but it should be flexable enough that it won't matter. I gu...

Re: This guy can ride...impressive
I agree, at least he isn't doing it on the highway. I'm a big fan of the stunt bike scene, I like to go to the STUNTWARS that is held every year at the Lakeland dragstrip. I have much respect for the riders that want to make stunting a legit sport. It's the fools that take it to the street though th...
